What is the best way to treat a shoulder impingement?
Ive had strong pain in my shoulder for about 5 months and an mri revealed that i had a shoulder impingement.. ive been doing therapy at my college and it felt much better but then i began throwing again and the pain came back.. what is the best way to treat an impingement? You need an MRI to make sure there are no tears. Really ice gel pads are the best,and biofreeze and advil per label. Ultimately you may need the shoulder scoped and the A/C bone shaved off..called a SAD subacromial decompression procedure
